Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
OrderMart ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OrderMart mobile application (the "App"), a service that lets residents of a community order from their local market and pharmacy for delivery. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and phone number, used to create and secure your account.
- Delivery details — your community (society), floor, and house number, so orders can be delivered to you.
- Order information — the products you add to your cart, your order history, and any notes you provide.
- Notification token — a device token used only to send you order and account notifications.
- Basic technical data — standard app/log data needed to operate the service securely.
How we use your information
- To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
- To send you order updates and account notifications.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
How we share your information
We only share what is necessary to deliver your order:
- Your local market / pharmacy and delivery staff receive your name, phone number, delivery address, and order items so they can prepare and deliver your order.
- Service providers such as Google Firebase provide our secure hosting, sign-in, and notification services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored using access-controlled cloud services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and personal data at any time — from inside the App (Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us. See our Account & Data Deletion page for details.
Children's privacy
OrderMart is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised above.
