Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your OrderMart account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself in the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open the OrderMart app.
- Go to Account (the profile icon).
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and personal profile are removed once you confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
Send an email from your registered email address to Ayadmaulod22@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my OrderMart account". We will verify and process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information — name, email, phone number, and delivery address (community, floor, house).
- Your cart and saved preferences.
What we may keep
We may retain limited order and transaction records for a short period where required for accounting, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes. These records are deleted or anonymized once no longer needed.
